Established in 2023
NSR Bhatti Group was founded in November 2023 in Poland by Sahil Masih, an Indian-origin entrepreneur who turned personal struggle into a powerful mission. Having experienced the hardships of migrating abroad himself — from misleading agents to unstable jobs and unsafe living conditions — Sahil envisioned a company that would guide others with honesty, dignity, and transparency.
Born out of real-life challenges, NSR Bhatti Group was created to bring trust back into recruitment, visa, and relocation services. Sahil’s journey from humble beginnings in India to establishing a business in Europe inspired the company’s core values: integrity, empathy, and responsibility. He understood the emotional and financial sacrifices people make when moving abroad — and he built this company to ensure no one else has to face that journey alone or unprepared.
